Growth Marketing Lead
About the Role
We’re looking for a marketing professional to lead our growth and user acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for driving our go-to-market execution, managing campaigns, optimizing user growth funnels, and building brand presence in the region. You’ll be instrumental in helping us reach our goal of acquiring 1M+ users in our first year.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels
Lead and manage integrated 360° marketing campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, on-ground)
Identify, onboard, and manage KSA-based influencers and creators to drive user engagement
Analyze performance metrics across user funnels, report growth KPIs, and iterate on performance
Work closely with product and partnerships teams to align marketing with app updates and club activations
This is for you if you’ve got
5 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing app or tech startup
Proven track record of managing successful acquisition and retention campaigns
Deep understanding of the KSA influencer ecosystem and social media trends
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical and marketing tools
Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environments and cross-functional collaboration
Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia ; Saudi National Preferred
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Passion for football or fan engagement is a plus not a requirement!
