Role Overview:

As the CEO & Co-Founder of Kartech, you will be the driving force behind our startup's vision and strategic direction. Your leadership will shape the future of the startup as you manage operations, build a high-performing team, drive customer acquisition, work on the license approvals and steer growth through product innovation and partnerships. You will bring a proven track record in the Fintech or Credit industry and a deep understanding of the KSA’s digital finance ecosystem. As a passionate ambassador for our mission, you will take ownership of the startup’s financial and operational performance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance in the evolving landscape of digital finance in Saudi Arabia. 1. Strategic Leadership

• Set short- and long-term goals aligned with our mission, culture, and vision.

• Oversee market analysis, identify key trends, and ensure competitive positioning.

2. Operational Excellence

• Lead day-to-day operations, including risk management, compliance, marketing, sales, business development, and product innovation.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to manage credit risk.

• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience, and data security.

3. Commercial and Customer Focus

• Spearhead branding, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to maximize reach and growth within Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.

• Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including payment providers, banks, regulatory bodies and corporate clients.

4. Talent and Culture Development

• Attract, develop, and retain a top-tier team; cultivate a high-performance, mission-driven culture.

• Champion employee growth, development, and engagement to build the future leaders of Kartech.

5. Investor Relations and Financial Stewardship

• Manage investor communications, prepare board presentations, and report on performance metrics.
